Q: What was the best part about being an actress?

A:The best part about being in the play was making new friends and how it was like one big family. At rehearsals, we were serious, but still had fun all at the same time. I love how I’ve only known some of the cast for about two months and now we are so close. Even if you are a part of the crew, you still have fun just being with people who care about you.

Q: Would you recommend other interested students to try out for the play or work in the crew? Why?

A: I would recommend all students to audition for the play or be a part of the crew because everyone is so nice and I made a lot of new friends. Everyone supports each other even if we have different opinions, no one cares about what you look like, or judge you, they accept you for who you are.

Q: Are you going to do the play next year? Why?

A: I’m definitely auditioning for the play next year. Being in the play was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Mrs. Hill is an amazing director and everyone else is so supportive and are wonderful people. I had so much fun learning new things and expanding my friend group. Being in the play allows you to take on a new character and express who you are through acting. That’s why I love being a part of the theatre family.
